I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. The beautiful antique furniture and lovely artwork created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. It made me feel right at home. The general areas were also very well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable setting to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me. The staff was always helpful and considerate, making sure I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is if the hotel could provide some additional assistance or services tailored specifically to our needs. It would be great if there were more accessible amenities and activities designed for seniors, such as organized tours or special events.

We recently stayed at Steens in a spacious and clean room. The proximity to the city center was excellent, just a short walk from the central station. The staff, especially Rafi, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with helpful information about the city. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and towels were clean. We also appreciated the variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby. we highly recommend Steens for its perfect location and comfortable accommodations.
